About the event
On certain Sundays, we open our studio to support new yoga teachers as they step into their practice and gain confidence in a real studio setting.
These donation-based classes are a beautiful opportunity for newly qualified teachers to grow, share, and explore their unique voice within a supportive community.
We invite you to come with an open mind and heart. It’s a chance to enjoy yoga in its most human form – a practice of connection, presence, and growth for all.
Proceeds go to Manchester Mind, a charity supporting better mental health for all.
Please donate what you can. A suggested amount could range from £5-£15.
