CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a class, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Please use our booking system to process your cancellation.
Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded.
If you have booked using a 5 or 10 class pass, your class will be automatically credited back to your account if you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice.
Memberships 1, 2, and Monthly Unlimited are flexible. However, we ask for 14 days’ written notice to cancel your membership. If you cancel with more than 14 days’ notice before your next billing date, no further payments will be taken. If notice is given within 14 days of your upcoming payment, one final payment will be processed, and your membership will end the following month.
The Fortnightly Unlimited membership requires a minimum commitment of 4 payments (8 weeks) before cancellation is permitted. After this period, the standard 14-day notice applies.
REFUND POLICY

Single Class Bookings: Non-refundable. However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you can transfer your booking to another class within the same week.

Class Pass Purchases: Non-refundable. If you cancel a class with at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule it within the validity period of your pass.

Membership Fees: Non-refundable after the first month. If you cancel your membership, it will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until then.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
In cases of emergencies, clients may request a credit for future classes. These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
