Parent and Baby Classes

Welcome,

Join our Baby classes:

 

Monday - Baby Yoga - 11-12pm

Thursday - Baby Pilates - 11-11:45am

 

Our parent and baby classes offer a warm, welcoming space where you can move, breathe, and bond with your little one.

These gentle sessions are designed to help you ease tension, rebuild strength, and nurture your postnatal body, while also supporting your baby’s development through movement and soothing connection. 

Dads and other caregivers are also welcome, this is a space for everyone.

Suitable from six weeks post-birth (or eight weeks after a c-section) up until your baby is confidently crawling, this class adapts to your baby’s needs - whether they’re feeding, sleeping, or exploring.

 

Crawlers are more than welcome, but it’s up to you to keep an eye on them during the class. 

 

We provide everything you need: all props, soft blankets, and mats, along with complimentary herbal tea and filtered water.

 

For your baby’s comfort, we also offer free nappies, organic nappy cream, and biodegradable wipes. We are a breastfeeding-friendly space and offer a chance to relax, recharge, and connect with a community of like-minded parents in a calm, supportive environment.

FAQs

What should I bring?


You’re welcome to bring:

  • a baby blanket or favourite toy (optional)

  • your own water bottle if preferred

  • anything else you or your baby might need, though we offer essentials for free

Can I bring my pram?


Yes! The space is pram-friendly, please leave it outside under our purpose-built pram store.

 

Is there parking?

 

There’s free parking right outside Monton Church, and a car park just up the street that’s £1.50 for two hours or £2 all-day.
