Pregnancy Yoga

Welcome Mama,

Our pregnancy classes are currently taking a little pause, but we’ll be back very soon.

Each 1-hour class will offer a nourishing blend of movement, breath, and deep connection – designed to ease common pregnancy discomforts, strengthen your body for birth, and invite deep rest.

Expect a beautifully held space with top-of-the-range mats and props, ensuring your ultimate comfort.

 

 

 

 

Our classes include: 

 

1. Grounding & centering – finding stability in change 

2. Breath & birth – learning to use the breath for labour

3. Strength & softness – balancing effort and ease

4. Rest & restore – deep relaxation and nervous system support

5. Sacred transition – preparing mind and body for birth

Each class will include a herbal tea to support your journey. Organic nettle for nourishment, organic chamomile for calm, Liquorice root for energy balance, or peppermint for digestion and nausea relief.

Join other pregnant women on their journey through pregnancy with movement, breath, and shared support. This course offers a practical and grounding space to prepare your body and mind for birth.
