An afternoon honouring Goddess Lakshmi with Jessica Mysko

This workshop is a sacred opportunity to connect with the energy of Goddess Lakshmi, the embodiment of abundance, prosperity, and beauty. While we learn through the archetype of the goddess, this experience is not limited to women. Men are equally invited to explore how Lakshmi’s energy manifests within them.

The afternoon will begin with a Vinyasa Flow class, awakening the body and setting the tone for the journey ahead. This is followed by relaxation, breathwork and meditation, offering space to quiet the mind and connect with the qualities of abundance and balance that Lakshmi represents.

Finally, participants will come together in a talking circle, sharing insights and reflections while delving into Lakshmi’s teachings and how they can inspire a deeper connection to self and others.
