Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a class, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Please use our booking system to process your cancellation. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded. If you have booked using a 5 or 10 class pass, your class will be automatically credited back to your account if you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice. You have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time and sign up again whenever you choose. Refund policy All single class bookings are final and non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel, you can transfer your booking to another class within the same week if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. All class pass purchases are final and non-refundable. If you have to cancel a class, you may reschedule it within the validity period of the package, as long as you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Membership fees are non-refundable after the first month. If you choose to cancel your membership, it will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that time. Special Circumstances: In cases of emergencies, clients may request a credit for future classes. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
